A Clearer Understanding.
A Path Forward.
When someone you care about is struggling with mental health or substance use concerns, knowing what kind of help they need can be difficult.
Recovery Frameworks provides comprehensive, independent clinical assessments in the comfort and privacy of the home. We take the time to understand the individual, their circumstances, their strengths, and what concerns brought you here.
Our goal is to provide thoughtful, evidence-informed recommendations about the appropriate level of care, along with personalized treatment referrals and a clear explanation of the available options.
A Thoughtful, Comprehensive Assessment
Understanding someone's mental health or substance use concerns requires more than identifying symptoms. It requires understanding the person, their circumstances, and what matters most to them.
Our comprehensive assessment brings together several important perspectives:
Individual Clinical Interview: A detailed exploration of mental health, substance use, personal history, current concerns, and daily functioning.
Family and Collateral Perspectives: When appropriate and authorized, conversations with family members or other individuals who can provide additional context.
Clinical Screening: Evidence-informed screening tools to better understand symptoms, safety considerations, and areas requiring further evaluation.
Strengths and Perspectives: An exploration of personal strengths, support systems, treatment preferences, and goals.
Home and Environmental Context: Consideration of the individual's living environment and circumstances that may influence treatment recommendations.
Level-of-Care Evaluation: A structured consideration of whether outpatient, intensive outpatient, residential, inpatient, or other services may be appropriate.
These elements are brought together to develop individualized recommendations that reflect both clinical needs and the person's circumstances.
Clarity You Can Act On
A Comprehensive Written Report
Within approximately one week of the assessment, you will receive a written report summarizing the findings, relevant strengths and challenges, and recommendations regarding the appropriate level of care.
A comprehensive assessment should provide more than information. It should help you understand the available options and make informed decisions about what comes next.
Individualized Treatment Referrals
Recommendations include carefully selected treatment options based on the individual's clinical needs, preferences, circumstances, and available resources. Recovery Frameworks operates independently and does not receive referral fees or placement commissions from treatment providers.
A Personal Follow-Up Consultation
A 60–90-minute virtual consultation provides an opportunity to review the report, understand the recommendations, ask questions, and discuss practical next steps. Participation and disclosure of information are guided by appropriate consent and confidentiality requirements.
An Investment in Clarity and Direction
When facing important decisions about mental health or substance use treatment, having a thorough, independent assessment can help you move forward with greater confidence.
